  • Robert Rae

    President & CEO

    With over 25 years of success in technology, telecommunication and consumer service businesses, Rae leads ClearCaptions’ passion to assist in the lives of our customers with innovative and simple to use technology products. In 2017, he led the separation of ClearCaptions from Purple Communications where he served as CEO of both companies. Prior to Purple, he served as President and COO of Academic Partnerships, CIO at Mosaic Sales Solutions and Executive VP of Securus Technologies. Rae earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh.

  • Corrine Perritano

    Chief Operating Officer

    With an accomplished background in consumer technologies and leadership in the health & wellness industry, Corrine Perritano brings more than 25 years of executive experience to ClearCaptions, built upon a foundation of demonstrated passion for helping to positively impact peoples’ lives. Previously, she served as President of Beltone North America, CEO of Total Woman Gym and Spa, and Executive Vice President of Sales and Operations at Jenny Craig, Inc. Perritano earned her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Michigan.

  • Robert Pennington

    Chief Financial Officer

    Robert Pennington brings nearly 20 years of finance experience to ClearCaptions, including leadership roles where he managed strategic direction, growth and acquisitions, contract negotiations and stakeholder relationships. His demonstrated skills ensure continued advancement for ClearCaptions, enabling new service and delivery levels while assuring financial stability. Pennington has a BA with Distinction from the University of Virginia and an MBA with High Distinction from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.

  • Raghu Dhulipala

    Chief Information and Technology Officer

    With over three decades of measurable results in software and hardware development, including Software as a Solution (SaaS) applications, technology improvement and scalability, plus digital privacy and security solutions, Dhulipala leads ClearCaptions’ advances in call captioning tools and platforms while providing service stability and expansion to best serve our customers' needs, today and in the future. Dhulipala is a graduate, with honors, of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.

  • Michael Strecker

    Vice President of Regulatory and Strategic Policy

    With over 18 years of telecommunications experience, more than 14 of which were in Relay services, Mike Strecker leads the compliance and government affairs at ClearCaptions. Prior to joining ClearCaptions, he was the Vice President of Telesales and Logistics, as well as the compliance officer and the compliance committee chairman at CSDVRS, LLC. He has also held various finance and accounting positions at Sprint, Communication Services for the Deaf, Inc. and CSDVRS, LLC rounding out what provides a broad base of experiences and skills. Strecker earned a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at Webster University.

  • Monique Dirstine

    Sr. Director of Human Resources

    Monique oversees all aspects of the HR Department including payroll. She started her career in Human Resources as an Employee Services Representative and has held several HR positions over the last 17 years. Prior to ClearCaptions, she held the Director role for both Purple Communications and ClearCaptions and HR Manager and Business Partner roles with Purple Communications. Dirstine earned a Business Administration degree in Organizational Leadership and Management from the University of Washington.

  • Allison Egri

    Director of Marketing

    Allison Egri oversees the company’s brand, demand and customer expansion marketing efforts. Egri comes to ClearCaptions with 10+ years’ experience in sales and marketing. Most recently, Egri was the Director of Marketing at Purple Communications, Inc. Prior to her tenure at Purple, she held Account Executive positions at Paramount Equity Mortgage and Maloof Sports and Entertainment. She holds a B.S. in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sports Management from San Jose State University.

FEDERAL LAW PROHIBITS ANYONE BUT REGISTERED USERS WITH HEARING LOSS FROM USING INTERNET PROTOCOL (IP) CAPTIONED TELEPHONES WITH THE CAPTIONS TURNED ON. IP Captioned Telephone Service may use a live operator. The operator generates captions of what the other party to the call says. These captions are then sent to your phone. There is a cost for each minute of captions generated, paid from a federally administered fund.
